We can afford a couple extra Christmas cookies or chocolate-covered pretzels, but once the holidays are over, some of us regret our holiday dietary decisions. If you don’t want to be regretting your dietary choices after the holidays this season, consider some healthier options for a holiday meal or snack this season.

Slimmed-Down Green Bean Casserole

Maybe it’s after Thanksgiving, but that doesn’t mean you have to discard one of the best recipse in the book. In fact, you can even make it a bit on the healthy side. This “slimmer” version of the classic Green Bean casserole still offers that creamy flavor with the sweet tang of onions and texture. The over all recipe takes about an hour, with prep time being 45 minutes and cooking only taking 20 minutes!
